How often should I use it and for how long?
In order to see the benefits of CALM PEMF™, you want to use it frequently. Some choose to use it daily but it is important to use it multiple times a week.
It comes with a fanny pack so you can bring it on the go — on the school bus, at the mall, and even on the beach!
The duration of use can vary from 1 to 8 hours depending on the protocol.
For instance, our sleep protocol has an overnight component. Which has been extremely helpful for our clients because they can put it on while they’re sleeping.
How do I use the device?
